Business Vision Program
We're running this program because most people have good ideas — but get stuck turning them into something real. Twelve months sounds like a long time, but it goes by fast when you're building something that matters.
Foundation Phase
June – August 2026You'll work through the fundamentals of business planning, market analysis, and financial basics. We're not rushing here — this groundwork shapes everything that comes after. You'll build a proper business plan that people actually want to read.
Strategy Development
September – November 2026Now we dig into positioning, competitive analysis, and what makes your business different. This is where you figure out who you're serving and why they should care. Strategy work isn't glamorous, but it saves you from expensive mistakes later.
Implementation Practice
December 2026 – February 2027You start building real things — testing your model, talking to customers, adjusting as you go. This phase tends to surprise people because theory meets reality, and they don't always agree. That's fine. Better to learn now than later.
Growth Preparation
March – May 2027Final phase focuses on scaling systems, refining operations, and preparing for growth. We look at what's working, what needs improvement, and how to keep moving forward after the program ends. You'll leave with a clear direction and the tools to keep going.
How We Actually Work
We've watched too many programs overpromise and underdeliver. So we kept things straightforward — practical sessions, real feedback, and support when you need it.

Weekly Sessions That Matter
Every Tuesday evening, 6:30–8:30pm. We cover one focused topic per session — whether that's cash flow, customer acquisition, or dealing with setbacks. Sessions are recorded if you miss one, but honestly, live attendance makes a difference.
Individual Check-Ins
Monthly one-on-one conversations with your mentor. This isn't generic advice — it's about your specific situation, your challenges, and finding solutions that fit your context. Some people need more structure, others need different perspectives.
Peer Learning Groups
Small cohorts of 4–5 participants meeting between main sessions. These tend to be unexpectedly valuable. When someone else is wrestling with similar problems, it helps you think through your own differently. And they're informal — coffee shops, video calls, whatever works.
Real Project Development
You're working on your actual business throughout — not hypothetical case studies. By the end, you'll have tested your concept, gathered customer feedback, and made tangible progress. The program framework keeps you accountable and moving forward.
Resource Library Access
Templates, planning tools, financial models, and reading materials you can actually use. Nothing theoretical or academic — these are tools we've refined with past participants based on what actually helps people make decisions and take action.
Who You'll Work With
Our mentors run their own ventures and understand the real challenges of building something from scratch. They're here because they remember what it was like starting out.

Brennan Stahl
Strategic Planning MentorBrennan spent fifteen years in business development before launching his consultancy. He's practical about growth — knows when to push forward and when to consolidate. His sessions focus on decision-making frameworks that hold up under pressure.

Vesna Tikkanen
Operations & Finance MentorVesna built two companies from concept to profitable operation. She's direct about the numbers and systems that actually matter. If you're confused about financial planning or operational structure, she'll clarify it without making you feel lost.
2026 Cohort Opening Soon
We're accepting applications for our June 2026 intake. Limited to 20 participants because the program works better when everyone gets proper attention. Application review happens in April, with decisions by early May.
